Associate Professor Matthew Foote is a radiation specialist with an interest in stereotactic radiosurgery for malignant, benign and vascular cranial and spinal disease. A/Prof Foote is Deputy Director of Radiation Oncology for ICON group, established and is Co-Director of the Gamma Knife Centre of Qld at the PA Hospital. He has been instrumental in the uptake of stereotactic services nationally and has been internationally recognized for his services to the radiation oncology field. He has over 120 peer reviewed publications.
Dr. Shaan M Raza is Professor of Neurosurgery and Neurosurgical Director of the Multidisciplinary Skull Base and Pituitary Program at MD Anderson. He is also Section Chief for Skull Base Surgery and Vice-Chair in the Department of Neurosurgery. With advanced fellowship training in open and endoscopic skull base surgery, Dr. Raza’s clinical practice focuses on the surgical and multidisciplinary management of benign and malignant skull base tumors. After residency, Dr. Raza completed fellowships in open skull base surgery at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and endoscopic and minimally invasive skull base surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College – New York Presbyterian Hospital.
Dr Mitesh Gandhi trained in medicine and surgery at Guys Hospital, London. He trained in General Medicine on Leicester Medical Rotation. He also trained in Radiology as Registrar and Senior Registrar, Sheffield radiology training scheme. He was a Fellow in cross sectional imaging, Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, and Staff Specialist, Princess Alexandra Hospital 1995-2000. Dr Gandhi is a VMO to Princess Alexandra Hospital, and joined Queensland X-Ray in 1998. His expertise is in skull base head and neck radiology.
