5-Year Strategic Plan
The Board in 2020 made a commitment to formulate a 5 year (and beyond) Strategic Plan. Following extensive engagement of members and then an intensive workshop attended by a broad representation from our craft, the Workshop Strategy Team finalised a strategic plan. The Board ratified this plan at its meeting in September 2021 with the aim to progress the milestones and deliverables.
