This long running annual two-day course offers participants a significant amount of hands-on time with fresh whole head specimens (two temporal bones per dissector) with an emphasis on dissection. Supervision is provided by experienced local and international faculty.
The course is held at the University of Western Australia’s world-class CTEC facility on the banks of the beautiful Swan River in Perth.
The course not only covers standard temporal bone exercises required by trainees but also an opportunity to practice tympanoplasty, ossiculoplasty, soft tissue techniques as well as Bone conduction and Cochlear implant electrode placement.
