Convened by Mr Eduard Pudel, Dr Danielle Stone, and Dr Leba M Sarkis, this two-day course focuses on complex airway management and surgical decision-making in advanced laryngeal cancer.
The program includes surgical optimisation of voice and swallowing outcomes, primary versus secondary puncture discussion, flap surgery techniques (ENT perspective), organ preservation versus total laryngectomy, and a two-cadaver lab comprising one faculty-led demonstration and a structured Hands-on dissection opportunity for junior registered doctors (limited numbers to maximise practical experience).
The course is designed for ENT surgeons, junior registered doctors, senior speech pathologists, and senior nurses involved in head and neck oncology care.
